  • All Barcrawlerz events are strictly 21+ in the United States.

    A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to participate. IDs will be checked during event check-in as well as at any participating venue throughout the crawl. Each venue reserves the right to determine whether an ID is acceptable.

    Guests who are unable to present valid identification will not be admitted to the event or participating venues, and tickets are non-refundable.

  • Buying tickets for a Endless Nightz event is quick and easy.

    Step 1: Find Your Event
    Browse upcoming events at EndlessNightz.com or visit your city’s event page to find the crawl you’d like to attend.

    Step 2: Open the Event Page
    Select your event to view all the important details, including participating venues, check-in information, event schedule, and available ticket options.

    Step 3: Choose Your Tickets
    Click the “Buy Tickets” button, select the ticket type and quantity you’d like, and complete the secure checkout process.

    Step 4: Get Ready for Your Crawl
    After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket and event information. Be sure to review your event page before the crawl for the latest updates, participating bars, exclusive drink specials, check-in details, FAQs, and any important announcements.

    Buy Early & Save
    Many Barcrawlerz events feature early-bird pricing, and ticket prices often increase as the event date approaches. Some events also sell out, so we recommend purchasing your tickets as early as possible to lock in the best price.

  • Where Do I Find My Check-In Location?
    Your event page is the best place to find the most current check-in information.

    To locate your event:
    Visit the Endless Nightz homepage and select your event from the upcoming events list.

    Or browse by city and choose the event you’re attending.

    Each event page includes everything you’ll need, including:
    • Check-in location and address
    • Check-in hours
    • Participating bars
    • Event schedule
    • Drink specials and perks
    • Important event updates

    For the latest information, always refer to your event page, as details may change before the event.

    Can I Check In for Someone Else?
    Yes! Friends are welcome to check in on each other’s behalf.

    All that’s required is the attendee’s ticket QR code. The person checking in does not need to be the original purchaser.

    Can I Arrive After Check-In Ends?
    We strongly recommend arriving during the published check-in window listed on your event page.

    While many events conclude check-in around 6:00 PM, times may vary by city. Please review your specific event page for the official schedule.

    If you think you’ll arrive late, the easiest solution is to send your QR code to a friend so they can check in for you and collect any event materials, such as your wristband or map

    Please note that we cannot guarantee staff will remain at the check-in location after the scheduled check-in period has ended.

  • Endless Nightz works closely with our venue partners to offer exclusive drink specials, food discounts, complimentary items, and other event perks. While participating venues agree to honor these offers, Barcrawlerz does not own or operate the establishments taking part in our events.

    Although issues are uncommon, there may be occasions when a venue is out of a promotional item, a staff member is unfamiliar with the offer, or another unexpected situation prevents a voucher or promotion from being redeemed.

    If you experience an issue during your event, we’d like the opportunity to make it right.

    Please contact us at info@endlessnightz.com during the event and include:
    • The event name and city
    • The participating venue
    • The promotion that wasn’t honored
    • A brief description of what occurred

    Once we’ve reviewed the situation, we’ll work directly with the venue to investigate the issue. Depending on the circumstances, Barcrawlerz may offer an appropriate resolution, which could include event credit, a partial refund, or another form of compensation at our discretion.

    We appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve future events and maintain strong partnerships with our participating venues.

  • Protect Yourself from Fake Events
    At Endless Nightz, we’re committed to creating high-quality, professionally organized bar crawls across the country. Unfortunately, some unauthorized event organizers create listings that imitate legitimate events by using similar names, themes, artwork, or venue claims.

    These events are not affiliated with Barcrawlerz, and the advertised venues may not actually be participating.

    Important
    Only tickets purchased through official Endless Nightz sales channels are valid for Barcrawlerz events. We cannot honor tickets sold by unauthorized organizers or third-party events using our name or branding.

    I Purchased Tickets to a Fake Event. What Should I Do?
    If you believe you’ve purchased tickets for an unauthorized or fraudulent event:
    • Contact the ticketing platform where you made your purchase as soon as possible.
    • Report the event as fraudulent or misleading.
    • Request a refund directly through the ticketing platform.
    • Keep copies of any emails, receipts, or correspondence related to your claim.

    If the purchase was made through Eventbrite or another major ticketing platform, you can typically report the organizer directly from your order page by following the platform’s reporting process.

    We understand how frustrating it is to discover you’ve purchased tickets for an unauthorized event.

    If you still want to attend the official Barcrawlerz event, purchase your tickets through our official website. After you’ve submitted your fraud report, contact our support team with:
    • A copy of your purchase confirmation for the fraudulent event
    • Proof that you reported the event to the ticketing platform
    • Your new Endless Nightz order number

    Depending on the circumstances and after verification, we may be able to offer a courtesy discount, event credit, or another form of assistance. Any accommodation is provided at Barcrawlerz’s discretion and is subject to verification.

  • Your ticket gets you an exclusive Endless Nightz branded wristband that grants you access to exclusive access to food and drinks specials created specifically for the participants of our crawls. You are also guaranteed free entry to ALL of the participating venues on our route.

  • No! Once you and your friends pick up your wristbands from the registration bar, you are free to go to any of the bars on the route on your own time.

  • Don’t sweat it! All of our events intentionally have large registration windows, so you and your friends can start your crawl when you’re ready! Just make sure you check in before registration ends or you won't be able to pick up your wristbands!

  • Yes! Tickets will be available for purchase online up until 30 minutes before registration ends on the day of the event.

  • Costumes are highly recommended, but not required.
